In this post, you’ll find free Easter crochet patterns designed for relaxed, joyful stitching.
Two simple amigurumi eggs — an expressive emoji egg and a calm little bunny egg — shared freely for the season.

Both patterns are beginner-friendly and work beautifully as Easter table decor, small gifts, or scrap-yarn projects.
They are quick to crochet, easy to customize, and made to feel light and playful in your hands.
Further down, I’ll also show you how these Easter designs connect to a bigger idea — a growing collection of seasonal amigurumi patterns that move gently from one celebration to another, all built from one familiar shape.
Take your time.
Choose your colors.
Let’s start with something simple.

From Easter to All Seasons
The Easter eggs you see here are part of a bigger idea.
What if one familiar shape could gently change through the year —
not by becoming complicated, but by telling a new story each season?
That question led to the Snail Friends Crochet Collection.

At its core, every design begins with the same calm snail body.
From there, the shell becomes the place for imagination:
- A bunny egg or chick egg for Easter
- A rainbow heart for Valentine’s Day
- A birthday egg with playful details
- An ice-cream shell for slow summer days
The structure stays familiar.
Only the theme changes.
This makes the collection especially enjoyable to crochet.
You learn the base once, then reuse it across holidays and seasons — a quiet, thoughtful way to build a cohesive set of amigurumi characters without starting from zero each time.
If you enjoy these free Easter crochet patterns, this collection is a natural next step.
It’s designed for makers who like consistency, gentle variation, and designs that feel connected rather than scattered.
