  • Sport yarn (~120 meters) with colors: cream, blue, pink, light blue, orange, yellow
  • Hook: 2.3 mm
  • Needles, pins, scissors.
  • Black thread to embroider the eyes
  • Stuffing (polyfill, cotton wool, etc.)

This pattern is written using US TERM. For beginners, please refer to this post to learn about all basic crochet stitches for beginners.

  • MR: magic ring (magic circle)
  • Ch: chain stitch
  • Ss: slip stitch
  • Sc: single crochet stitch
  • BLO: back loop only
  • St/ sts: Stitch/ Stitches
  • Dc: double crochet stitch
  • Hdc: half double crochet stitch
  • […] … x time: Repeat instructions x times
  • (…): Number of stitches of each round
  • {…}: Work instructions within brackets into the same stitch

Notes

  • Finished size is approx ~19 cm (~7.5 inches)(sport yarn)
  • Gauge: 28 sts and 30 rows (10cm x 10cm)
  • For a better result, use single crochet cross stitch (yarn under) and invisible crochet decrease stitch.
  • Work in a continuous spiral.

Change to blue yarn

Fasten off.
